MARK THOMAS

Mark is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Management. He holds auction license in multiple states and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas. As an Auction Industry Veteran, Mark has operated 5 offices across Texas serving lenders and various industries as the Texas economy continually offers challenges.

For the last ten years Mark has focused exclusively on real estate; not in the volume foreclosure market, but selling and offering solutions to secured parties, boards and owners of real property that no longer fits their plans. It may be excess to their future needs. It may be they just want to close a chapter in their personal or business lives and move on. It many times is a commercial tract or a family recreational property that has been on the market for some time and just needs the market to respond. Mark has a passion for the auction industry and the result the auction process can produce in the market.

As a devotee to the auction industry; Mark also is a shareholder in an international mobile bidding company; primarily serving the charity and fundraising world. Mark’s two children are deeply involved in the auction world. His son is a Texas State Champion Auctioneer; while his daughter represents them in the dynamic Nashville market with various clients both live and mobile fundraising. He is a member of the National and Texas Auctioneers Association. Mark is a devoted college football fan and an avid outdoorsman.
